Prints
Are these limited edition prints?
They are not limited edition prints but we are only offering the prints for a limited time. Each series is usually available for 3 months.
Are the prints signed?
Yes, all prints are signed by Francisco Guerrero.
Do you provide frames?
No, prints are shipped unframed. Exact sizing may vary slightly due to printing process, we advise waiting to buy frames until the prints arrive. Even better is to have them custom framed once you get your prints.
Ordering
What payments do you accept?
We accept payments by credit card, GCash, Maya, GrabPay and BPI online transfers. All options are available at checkout.
Can I order custom sized prints?

Do you charge taxes?
Taxes are included in the sale price for orders within the Philippines.
Orders outside the Philippines may be subject to tax on or before shipping. We have no control over the amount of taxes charged or when they are charged to you.

What type of packaging do you use?
Prints are shipped rolled in a sturdy cardboard tube.
How much will shipping cost?
Photographs are printed especially for you, printing takes 3 to 5 working days.

My print arrived damaged or was stolen, what do I do?
We have no control over the treatment of your package in transit. We're as disappointed as you are to see damaged prints. Please email us at info@francisco-guerrero.com so we can assess the situation better.
